Pierre Herme Macarons Book Review + Herme for Dummies

Pierre Herme Macarons Book Review + Herme for Dummies

There are no Ispahan croissants to be had outside of Paris, so what about some Ispahan Pop Tarts?

More Ottolenghi Salads + A New Toy

There’s nothing like a new kitchen toy to make you want to try a new dish. My new cutting board set is the perfect excuse for making two more of the dishes I learned from my Ottolenghi class.

Pumpkin Spice Bread

This Pumpkin Spice Bread had a big surprise in store for me. I’m not exactly sure what happened, but I liked it… a lot.

Zucchini Olive Oil Cake with Lemon Crunch Glaze

Zucchini Olive Oil Cake with Lemon Crunch Glaze

Although I didn’t get to eat at Mario Batali’s Babbo while in NYC, I thought I’d test out one of the recipes from Dolce Italiano: Deserts from The Babbo Kitchen.
