Oh hell no! No cupcake (even if it is a coconut and raspberry confection of giant proportions) is going to defeat the Housewife. This cupcake was actually muffin sized. As you can see from picture number two, there is as much delicious coconutty frosting as there was cake. Ah it was good stuff!! The stuff that insulin surges are made of. I am going to try some of their other cupcakes on for size too. They were looking at me from the window… mocking me. I’m going to show them whose the boss. Watch this space.
